We believe in the importance of feeling connected to the community. Whether it’s attending local events, visiting museums, or supporting nearby businesses, our participants are encouraged to explore and engage with the world around them, fostering a sense of belonging.
Since opening our doors, we’ve dedicated ourselves to offering a 100% community-based adult day program in San Diego. What started as a vision for a single family has grown into a full-fledged program serving multiple communities across San Diego County. From skills-building activities to hands-on volunteering, Perfect Fit provides participants with real-world experiences, a strong sense of belonging, and the chance to actively participate in their communities.
